TOPIC:- LET THE GOD OF VENGEANCE ARISE!
TEXT:- O LORD God, to whom vengeance belongeth; O God, to whom vengeance belongeth, shew thyself (Psalm 94:1;Romans 12:19 “Vengeance is mine.. I will repay…”God is ever ready to avenge His own elect (Luke 18:7-8).INTRODUCTION:- The day of vengeance is in God’s heart, so as to fulfil His agenda in your live. (Isaiah 63:4).Israelite’s labor lasted for 430 years but in one night of vengeance, they got their harvest.Many that try to question prayers done against evil doers, end up being the first victim.Those who pray for evil doers to be forgiven cannot survive in this wicked world.There are things you pray for and there are things you pray against.You pray against a glory robber; you do not pray for a glory robber.Any one that tries to destroy you, shall die first!WHAT IS VENGEANCE?:-Vengeance means retaliation.It is punishment against a wrong and wickedness.Vengeance is of God but we are to draw God’s attention to areas we want Him to fight for us.It is our covenant heritage to see vengeance executed against our enemies.It is God’s tool to save you from the devil and his agents and paying them in their own coin. Isaiah 35:4. Esther 7:9-10, Jeremiah 50:15b.With it, God subdue your enemies – 2 Chronicles 20:29-30.All your adversaries are God’s adversaries – Exodus 23:22, Deuteronomy 7:10. &. WHY DO WE NEED VENGEANCE!!. &1.. For immediate judgment of the wicked.The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn (Isaiah 61:1-2).•Ananias and Sapphira fell and died•Elymas the sorcerer became blind.The prince of this world and all his agents are ordained for judgment.Your Comfort, Release, Breakthrough is tied to His vengeance: Vengeance will need to answer in the camp of your enemies for you to be comfortable in life.It is the gateway to your long expected liberty.God would need to re- launch the plague that causes calamity in all the regions of Egypt, for Pharaoh to know that the Almighty has come to fight. (Exodus 4:22-24).Pharoahic forces will not let you go until vengeance is executed on them. & HOW DO YOU AROUSE VENGEANCE:-. &1. Holy anger against satanic activities. Until there is aggression, there will be no progression.‘For it is the day of the Lord’s vengeance, and the year of recompences for the controversy of Zion.’ Isaiah 34:8.When Pharaoh, king of Egypt tried to resist RELEASE of God’s Children in Egypt, he saw God! (Exodus 14:28)For instance; The Word of God says, “…with His stripes you are healed.” (Isaiah 53:5)….So whatever is trying to resist that very Word in your life is cursed now….I announce the OBITUARY in the family of every Satan resisting God’s Word in your life!Psalms 23:5. “You have prepared a table for me around where my enemies are…” (Paraphrased)If you don’t understand warfare you won’t experience Welfare.Behind every greatness is a warfare .Every great destiny is Surrounded by battles.There is no mantle without battle. There is no title without battle.All that is yours in God is at the mercy of your readiness to fight for them.If you are not ready to loose. if you are not ready to bury anyone…. If you don’t want to be lonely any more. If don’t want the enemy to put full stop on you….. Then get up and fight!!!! &. PRAYER TIME:- The Prophetic. “For it is written, And by a prophet the LORD brought Israel out of Egypt, and by a prophet was he preserved” (Hosea 12:13).Prophets are anointed agents of vengeance.
