THE GOD WHO RESTORES
SCRIPTURE:
> KJV: “And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.” — Joel 2:25
DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT:
There are times in life when it feels like opportunities, resources, or even years have been swallowed up by failure, mistakes, or attacks of the enemy. But our God is not only the One who creates; He is also the One who restores. When He steps in, He does not just give back what was lost, He multiplies it and makes it better.
The restoration of God covers every area: your health, your finances, your relationships, and your destiny. He is able to compress time so that what seemed wasted is recovered in double measure. Your story is not over because God specializes in rewriting broken stories into testimonies of glory.
No matter what you have lost, God’s promise is sure, restoration is coming. Stay in faith, keep your hope alive, and position yourself in obedience. What you thought was gone forever is about to be returned in greater glory.
ACTION PLAN:
Start your day by thanking God for being the Restorer of your life.
Refuse to dwell on past losses; instead, confess God’s promises of restoration.
Take one step today towards rebuilding an area you thought was wasted, trusting God’s hand to back you up.
PROPHETIC DECLARATION:
I declare that my season of restoration is here. Whatever I have lost is returning in abundance. The years the enemy stole are restored, and my life is advancing with speed and favor. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
